Lviv, Ukraine
It is always encouraging to see the friendship and partnership between Victor and Bogdan. (Psalm 133:1) – Top Photo
We broke bread together, along with Igor and Nadiya (left and right), to discuss the current projects in Lviv and Kyiv. Igor has been a huge help for MERCY in Ukraine and Nadiya in both Ukraine and Warsaw. – Middle Photo
Igor, Bogdan, Yura, and Victor (Bottom Photo). These men have been instrumental in executing MERCY’s efforts in Ukraine. Yura has been organizing supplies and transportation of the supplies into conflicts zones and he himself has taken the dangerous journey into these areas to ensure the people under siege receive needed supplies. Praise God, after three months, Yura was restored to the Lord a few weeks ago!
We visited an orphanage where disciples have been serving the children periodically. Lamilla (top photo), the orphanage coordinator, was extremely gracious. The orphanage is home to 19 children who live there, in addition to many children who come to the facility for elementary school.
This orphanage is government funded and staffed and is extremely well managed. It was very encouraging to witness how happy and joyful these children are. We are looking for other similar facilities that are in need of support.
At the end of our brief visit, we gathered all the disciples together for a meal and a brief lesson based on Joshua 1:3 to encourage these valiant souls.

MERCY’s Partnership with Heroes & Hearts
7-year-old Justyn Boumah and his mom, Kell, from Las Vegas, Nevada, contacted us about the opportunity for their charity organization, Heroes and Hearts, to partner with MERCY to build a Library and Study Room for children at the Kasprzaka Refugee Center in Warsaw.
After months of planning, they finally arrived in Warsaw and were given a warm Kingdom greeting at the airport when they arrived!!
We met with Veronica, the Administrator for the Center, for orientation. – Top Photo
Then, we got to work, including little Justyn!
We even put Michael Williamson to work!!
It was such a joy having our dear friends and partners in the Gospel, Michael and Michele Williamson, visit Warsaw to support MERCY’s efforts here while they continue to forcefully advance God’s Movement in the European World Sector.
Stay tuned for Part II, the before and after, next week …
Much love,
Nick and Denise 💚
